JUDGES for 2015
The founder of Random Embassy, Anthony Smyrski describes himself as a creative director, artist and cultural producer. He works in both cultural and commercial spheres with clients and artists around the world. He travels constantly, studying culture, urban environments and global patterns of human interaction. He utilizes these findings and insights from his travels throughout his work.
He is a recipient of the Pew Fellowship in the Arts, an award for overall best design of a Print Publication from the CUNY School of Journalism, and a 2011 Sigma Delta Chi award from the Society of Professional Journalists for Best Investigative Journalism.
Nick Prestileo is a designer, illustrator, and teacher based in Philadelphia, PA. Nick holds Bachelors degrees in both Marketing and Graphic Design from St. Joseph’s University and The Art Institute of Philadelphia respectively. Desiring to better serve the community and clients, he opened Nick Prestileo Design in 2010. Nick’s work has been featured in various publications including PRINT, HOW, and GDUSA.
Since 2005, Nick has been a member of AIGA, and currently serves as president of AIGA Philadelphia. He is also adjunct faculty at Philadelphia University School of Design, Engineering and Commerce, and K-12 Arts education consultant for Sunrise of Philadelphia.
Ryan Strand Greenberg
Ryan Strand Greenberg is a photographer/art buyer living and working in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He currently works with the branding agency 160over90.
In his career, Ryan has had the pleasure of working within the advertising, editorial, journalism and fine art photographic industries at every stage of the production process. He is is honored and excited to be judging this years Focus event for ASMP Philadelphia.
